How to get rid of crow's feet naturally?





When it comes to aging, usually our eyes are the first to see the signs of aging. This is because the skin around them is 40 times thinner than the rest of the face.

As mentioned earlier, there are many factors that can cause crow's feet, ranging from the natural aging process to lifestyle choices. Here are some examples of the main causes of crow's feet: 

Squint often - Get a timely eye exam to make sure your vision is normal and doesn't require prescription changes or glasses. This prevents you from squinting, which can lead to wrinkles. You should also protect your eyes from the sun with sunglasses or a hat, then you will notice a noticeable change in the appearance of your skin and you will blink less. 

Excessive eye rubbing - be careful when removing makeup or cleaning the eye area. Heavy hands can tug on delicate skin, making it appear older.
Smoking – This damages the skin in several ways, it slows blood flow to blood cells and slows down collagen production, leading to premature skin aging and the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
 

Your sleeping position can also contribute to skin aging. Avoid lying on your side, as this may cause crow's feet. You can also replace pillowcases with silk, as this material is softer and less damaging to your skin and hair. 

Excessive sun exposure can accelerate skin aging as free radicals damage the skin's protective barrier, causing wrinkles, dark spots, and inflammation.

Eye Massage:
